Non-skating skate dads are a puzzler for me. I’m occasionally surprised when one of these guys actually seems to understand what he’s watching. Some of them probably know more about what a good street trick would be than I do. I guess my dad got involved when we were playing baseball and my wife and I helped out a lot with our daughters’ gymnastics.
