Finally got out to do some skateboarding

It was supposed to clear up Friday but never did. Rained on and off and stuff never really dried out. Saturday was the same.

I finally finished the fourth volume of Hopeless Old Men On Skateboards. This one features comics 301-400 and is available as a full-color or black and white book with a color cover. It is also available as a downloadable PDF. It was great to see some of these again.
You can buy a copy through the Antigravity Press store at Lulu.com
I’m calling my new t-shirt design Hopeless Horde. I collected the skater silhouette frames from Hopeless Old Men On Skateboards comics, made a few new ones and put them on a variety of shirt and sweatshirt styles, some available in multiple colors. The cheapest is a $10.99 white tee version.

I set up a special Cafe Press Hopeless shop.

Still recovering from gluttony. This strip originally appeared a year ago today.

The day after Thanksgiving is supposedly the biggest shopping day of the year. The day we all pull together to support the American retail industry. Naturally, it has become a rallying point for cranky anti-consumerists who set up Buy Nothing Day bent on spoiling everyone else’s fun – unless of course, you enjoy being anti.
Last year we did a Cannonball Run and called it Buy Nothing Skate Everything Day. We have no formal plans to follow it up but you never know. We have a couple of local choices that could jack up our numbers.
